Rhenus Logistics announced that multi-purpose terminal operator Cuxport is handling a Christmas tree bound for Hafnarfjoerður in Iceland as part of a twinning arrangement with the city of Cuxhaven. Since there are almost no forests in Iceland, Cuxhaven has been sending a locally cut Christmas tree to Hafnarfjoerður, the port city south of Reykjavík, for more than 30 years. The tree will be set up and illuminated in the town’s market square this weekend.
