ABC charters souring

Russia’s AirBridgeCargo’s (ABC’s) charter business is souring, with an increase of 47 per cent in charter flights it operated from year-on-year compared to 2015.

Mr. Sergey Lazarev (General Director) at ABC said that the carrier has a strong reputation for on-time performance and proven expertise in managing safe deliveries of high value equipment and other cargo.

ABC’s fleet consists of sixteen 747Fs including four 747-400 ERFs, three 747-400Fs, and nine 748-8Fs.

Additionally, ABC’s parent company Volga-Dnepr Group has a MoU for up to 15 additional 747-8Fs and the carrier has said it expects to take delivery of about two 747-8Fs per year.
