Altius AS successfully performed the loading operation of ten E-houses at Avilés port this week.
The cargo is shipped on the general cargo vessel MV Sloman Dispatcher is destined for the Kwinana Waste to Energy Project in Australia. The load consisted of ten E-house units and five SOCs. The largest E-houses measured 20,3 x 4,3 x 3,6 m and weighed 56 tonnes. The loading operation was completed at Valliniello pier, and after loading all the cargo was sea-fastened including welding of D-rings.
One engineer from ALTIUS was in the port to oversee the operation and coordinate with all parties involved.
The vessel (M/V Sloman Dispatcher) departed from Avilés port and is planned to arrive in Henderson in April.
