Blue Water Shipping’s offices in Singapore and Norway joined forces in a close collaboration to facilitate the smooth transportation of a 38-tonne unit cargo from the Port of Kristiansand to Singapore.
Due to the cargo’s weight and width, it necessitated being shipped as breakbulk, carefully positioned on a bed of 2×40′ FR containers. This approach ensured an optimal weight distribution and secure lashing onboard the vessel. The offices worked hand in hand with Blue Water’s in-house technical team, leveraging their expertise to devise a safe and efficient loading and lashing solution for the cargo.
With all preparations complete, the cargo is now en route to Singapore, where it will continue its journey to reach its final destination.
