BreakBulk & iBrabble Conducting Another Successful Training in Houston

The Breakbulk has offered participants of the Project Freight Management training program an outstanding program this year with some 80 participants of which most were shippers (cargo owners), during the Breakbulk event in Houston, Texas on October 17th. The responses have been overwhelming positive and it proofs again that education is needed in the industry more now then ever.

This one-day intermediate to advanced training is for those EPCs, cargo owners, carriers and project forwarders who strive to better understand the responsibilities and requirements in Project Freight Management. From the LSP – logistics service provider qualification process, to proposal design (RFQ)(service) to frame agreements, and from the project planning, to the PEP – project execution plan and the application of BCM – best cost management, as well as TIC- total installed cost, this course will cover all of these steps and more in the process of successful project freight management.

If you are looking to learn about project planning, finance, tracking progress, communication and the best project IT management tools and overall project and shipping strategy, then this course will offer you this and more. Taught by a 36 year industry veteran, students will take away practical hands on know-how and tools that will immediate impact the process of managing your projects logistics.
