The cargo included heavy units weighing over 26 tonnes each, requiring careful planning, coordination, and execution at every stage of the supply chain.
The shipment was organized on behalf of a long-standing client, a multinational manufacturer specializing in steam turbines for the global power sector. The challenge wasn’t just the scale and weight of the equipment—it was ensuring a seamless handover across two continents, dealing with varying port protocols, and minimizing downtime through efficient routing and handling.
What made this shipment stand out wasn’t just the heavy-lift nature of the cargo. It was the orchestration between teams thousands of kilometers apart.
