The partnership comes as demand for domestic offshore wind developments continues to rise, driven by the push towards renewable energy. Empire Energy Offshore will serve as the primary EPC contractor, while Sarens will provide critical support in heavy lifting, transport, and engineering, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
