This week, Fagioli conducted the heavy road transportation of a 343 tonne Siemens generator in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Fagioli was contracted by Turk Heavy Transport / Consolidated Shipping Services, a Fagioli partner in Bahrain, for the heavy road transport.
They used two rows of 12 axle lines SPMT, to transport the 343 tonne Generator (10 x 4.5 x 4 m).
Once the team received the cargo from a vessel at KBS port Bahrain, they used a barge to load-out at KBS port Bahrain and a barge to load-in at Muharraq Engineering Jetty. They then transported the generator from Muharraq Engineering Jetty to the Al Dur power and water plant jobsite.
