Hansa Meyer Completes Breakbulk Shipment to USA

Hansa Meyer has delivered the final breakbulk part charter shipment from South Korea to the “SDI Buffalo” job site in Sinton, TX on time.

This logistics project included the management of transshipment at the port of Corpus Christi, TX, and the subsequent delivery to the site.

The single breakbulk packages had a maximum height of 612cm, and max. width of 600cm. In Texas, local power cables needed to be lifted along the way in order for the packages to pass by.

“While the “SDI Buffalo” project in Texas is almost accomplished, we are excited to plan and organize the logistics for another demanding Steel plant project, Nucor Brandenburg, USA“ says Hansa Meyer.
