Heerema Marine Contractors’ M.V. Sleipnir broke a world lifting record this morning with the installation of the 17,000 tonne Tyra II TEG module. The work was carried out for Total Energies and its Danish Underground Consortium Partners.
This challenging lift was carried out less than 24 hours after the unit arrived on site and four days ahead of schedule.
