While with Intermarine he served in chartering roles located in Denmark, Kuala Lumpur and Houston. His formal training includes completing Scan-Trans’ four-year trainee-program and Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers courses.

“Samir’s previous positions with Intermarine and the continued global experience that he has gained make him a valuable asset and contribute to further developing of our strong core leadership,” said Ask Munck, Managing Director Worldwide Chartering Services. “We are all excited to welcome Samir back to Intermarine.”

While with Nordana he led the European chartering department by managing all commercial activities for the European market. His strengths lie in business development, contract negotiation and managing profitable voyages.
