Mammoet introduces new global structure

Mammoet has announced its new regional structure and regional managing directors following its acquisition of ALE.

The merged business will now be divided into five regions each with its regional managing director, they are:

  • Asia Pacific – John Halfweeg
  • Europe and Russia – Wouter van Noort
  • Latin America – Sergio Vanina
  • Middle East and Africa – Jack van den Brink
  • North America – Martijn Kuipers

The five regional managing directors will report to Mammoet chief executive, Paul van Gelder, who said: “Our regional managing directors are a strong representation from both Mammoet and ALE, and as such provide a good foundation for preserving the best of both cultures as we continue to integrate and optimize our operations. Importantly, their experience as seasoned engineered heavy lifting and transport professionals will ensure that our newly expanded capabilities deliver the very best value for our clients, wherever they are in the world.”
