Subsea7 to support the development of BP’s Cypre project in Trinidad and Tobago

On November 18th, Subsea7 announced that they have been awarded with a contract to participate in the Cypre project, a gas development located offshore Trinidad and Tobago.

Subsea7 USA will be carrying out the designs, engineering, and project management for this offshore project and have aimed for the installation to take place in 2024.

Subsea7’s scope covers the concept and design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a two-phase liquid natural gas tieback to the Juniper platform through dual flexible flowlines and a manifold gathering system, along with topside upgrades.
