Osprey offers pioneering engineering internships and Graduate programmes

Osprey Group is offering a pioneering opportunity to embark on a career in engineering, with its new ‘Year in Industry’ internship and Graduate programme.

Osprey Group is growing and, to reflect that growth, it’s investing in people who are enthusiastic about forward-thinking engineering. The ‘Year in Industry’ internships stand out for the amount of on-site experience that interns will get over a 12-month period, and Osprey’s Graduate programmes offer unrivalled access to a breadth and depth of end-to-end engineering knowledge.

Both programmes involve working alongside an inspiring team of marine, civil and structural engineers who are charged with creating the best possible, end-to-end plans for clients in every sector. The rest of the time is invested in on-site experience, associated with specific projects either onshore or off. Interns and Graduate trainees will learn the full cycle of systems and processes, and get exposure to a wealth of equipment and engineering practices.

“We have an incredibly diverse set of skills working within each one of our business units, and these are likely to be sought-after programmes. Whether it’s the Marine Engineering Internship or Graduate Marine Engineering programme, or the General Engineering Internship or General Graduate Engineering programme – we can’t think of anyone else offering exposure to the same variety of skills in such a compact experience, but that’s a reflection of our organisation’s multi-disciplined approach.”

Wendy Kenny, Chief Operating Officer.
