Goodrich Maritime executed the urgent shipment of a 42 metric tonne mobile rig machine and its accessories from Jebel Ali, UAE to Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The planning team at Goodrich devised a swift multimodal transport solution, ensuring minimal delays during transshipment.
By utilizing out-of-gauge flat racks, the team efficiently conducted a UC loading for the 15m x 3.9m x 4m ODC package. Despite challenging weather conditions at Mersin port, Turkey, the cargo was smoothly discharged, transloaded onto a trailer, and promptly delivered to the job site in Samarkand.
