Nestled in the heart of Dubai South, the new centre is strategically positioned near Al Maktoum International Airport and directly connected to Jebel Ali Port via a bonded logistics corridor. This advantageous placement will undoubtedly enhance trade across the region, offering customers a seamless logistics experience with the added benefit of customs clearance exemptions within the corridor. The goal is clear: to streamline operations and ensure reliability for businesses operating in this bustling trade hub.

Adhering to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver requirements, the facility will offer over 23,000 square meters of cutting-edge warehousing space, equivalent to approximately 45,000 pallet positions.
