Breakbulk Asia 2020 to Take Place August 3-4, 2020

With the recent announcement by the central government of China that events may be held from July 01 onward, the organizers of Breakbulk Asia 2020 have confirmed Breakbulk Asia 2020 will take place at the Shanghai Expo Exhibition and Conference Center in Shanghai on August 3-4.

Seven provinces in China launched CNY24.4 trillion ($3.5 trillion) worth of investment projects to combat the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, according to Arrow Research. Of that sizeable figure, CNY 3.47 trillion ($485 billion) will be invested in 2020 for infrastructure projects including rail, highway and cross-border power grid construction, which represent significant opportunities for those involved in the logistics and transport of oversized cargoes.

Because this is a challenging time for the industry, Breakbulk Asia organizers have reduced ticket prices to super early bird rates, a savings of CNY130 ($20), to make attending a little easier. Use code BreakbulkONEAsia and register today. Offer ends Friday, May 29 at midnight.

“There is no better time to join with the project cargo and breakbulk industry to plan for new project contracts in the months ahead,” Sarah Gu, Breakbulk Asia event director said. “China was the first to feel the effects of the pandemic, but it is also the first to begin the steps to recovery. Our program will be focused on finding opportunities not only in China, but throughout Asia and the world.”
