CMA CGM: Unloading of a 20-tonne Passenger Boarding Bridge via Containership

A 20-tonne passenger boarding bridge was successfully unloaded via a containership for the first time in Bangladesh. The shipment travelled from Valencia, Spain to Chittagong, Bangladesh through CMA CGM’s MEX and CNC’s BBX services. Measuring 19.5 metres long, 3.8 metres wide and 3.9 metres high, a gantry and vessel cranes were deployed to safely place the special cargo on a bed of nine 40-foot flat rack rows onboard.
