Jumbo Offshore has broadened its operations in the Middle East by signing a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sea Horizon Offshore Marine Services on February 1.
Strengthening Regional Representation
The MoU designates Sea Horizon Offshore as the official representative of Jumbo Offshore in the Middle East region. This collaboration aims to leverage Sea Horizon Offshore’s extensive network of local partners to enhance Jumbo Offshore’s presence and engage potential clients in key markets such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Sea Horizon Offshore’s role goes beyond mere representation, extending to commercial support, operational assistance, and project management on behalf of Jumbo Offshore during project execution in the region. This collaboration is poised to create a synergistic relationship, allowing both entities to capitalize on their strengths and contribute significantly to the offshore industry in the Middle East.

Currently, much of the transport and installation work carried out in the region is performed using a combination of barge and lifting vessel. Jumbo Offshore’s vessels are ideally suited to perform the entire T&I scope from a single platform, offering a significant boost to efficiency.”
