The Leschaco Group, a global logistics service provider, has disclosed the retirement of Oliver Oestreich, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and longstanding member of the Management Board, effective April 2024. Oestreich’s departure marks the end of a remarkable 21-year journey with Leschaco, during which he played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and success.
Throughout his tenure, Oliver Oestreich spearheaded the expansion of Leschaco’s global footprint and instilled a culture of excellence within the organization. His unwavering commitment, loyalty, and dedication have left an indelible mark on the company’s trajectory, shaping its future endeavors.

Fahrenholz, who assumed the role of Incoming COO on April 1, 2023, has been seamlessly integrated into the Management Board under Oestreich’s tutelage to ensure an optimal handover.
With an extensive background within the Leschaco Group, Nils Fahrenholz brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership to his new position. Beginning his journey with Leschaco as a forwarding agent in 2004, Fahrenholz has ascended through various management roles, both domestically and internationally, showcasing his versatility and unwavering commitment to the company’s mission.
