Rotterdam-based Steder Group announced that they have been acquired by Neele-Vat Logistics.
“We are combining the strengths of two robust Rotterdam-based companies. The package of services provided by Neele-Vat Logistics offers great opportunities for existing customers of Steder Group. With 1,000 employees and 27 locations in 10 countries, we will be able to provide an even better and wider range of services. Neele-Vat offers a good European transport network, a strong position in air and sea freight, over 255,000 m2 in storage capacity in the Benelux countries and opportunities for value added logistics.”
The Steder Group says that what will remain the same is the distinctive character of the firm: personal attention, quality and flexibility always come first. As such, all their locations and management will remain the same as before.
