Ocean Network Express Europe & Africa (ONE) has successfully completed another break bulk shipment in Hamburg, showcasing their expertise in handling specialized cargo. This time, the cargo was loaded onto the ONE INTEGRITY, one of ONE’s six Megamax vessels and among the largest containerships globally.
Given the substantial size of the cargo, measuring 1254x456x386, traditional lashing methods were not feasible. To address this challenge, the ONE team devised a creative solution: four cases were consolidated into one hatch, with two cases each arranged in a block stow using a pre-slung solution. This innovative approach ensured smooth operations while optimizing space, equipment, and costs.
