Trans Global Projects Grows Bremen Team with Three New Appointments

Trans Global Projects (TGP) has announced the addition of three key members to its Bremen, Germany team, aiming to fortify its operational capabilities amidst a period of notable growth and expansion.

In response to the company’s recent surge in growth, Morten Guba and Nicholas Schubert have been appointed as Project Managers, while Knuth Meinardus joins as Sales Manager. These strategic appointments are set to leverage decades of combined experience to enhance TGP’s operational efficiency and market presence.

Andreas Menzel, Managing Director – Germany at TGP, highlighted the strategic rationale behind the expansion, stating, “We made a strategic decision to grow both our Bremen operational and sales team as a result of the continuous growth we have seen over the last couple of years.”

He further emphasized the significance of these appointments in bolstering the company’s project management capabilities, especially in handling larger and more intricate projects. Additionally, the expansion aligns with TGP’s recent advancements in regions such as North and South America.

Morten Guba and Nicholas Schubert, with 23 and 21 years of experience respectively, bring extensive expertise derived from diverse markets including Germany, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Their wealth of knowledge positions TGP’s Bremen team for tackling complex projects with finesse.

Knuth Meinardus, rejoining the workforce after early retirement, brings a wealth of experience accumulated since 1982 in shipping and logistics. Meinardus’s role will primarily involve supporting the sales and pricing team in Germany, particularly in handling new tenders and initiatives.

Colin Charnock, Group CEO of TGP, expressed his satisfaction with the new appointments, noting that the Bremen team has doubled in size over the past two years. He also emphasized how these hires exemplify TGP’s strategic global expansion plans, geared towards meeting anticipated market demands effectively.
