Four breakbulk vessels loaded with Bolloré Logistics Own Containers (BOC) have been chartered from China and Vietnam to Europe NC/WMED, for an aggregate capacity of 1,500 TEUs.
In addition, specific arrangements have been taken with carriers for nominated customers to load BOC onboard their regular tonnages ex Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Two other breakbulk vessels have been part-chartered, leaving China to Europe North continent with about 700 TEUs, owned by carriers (COC).
Also, Bolloré Logistics secured additional capacity on extra-loaders put in place by its regular carriers’ partners.
In total, more than 3,000 TEU containers have been moved thanks to these initiatives.
