Leo Teplitskiy’s appointment as Director of Key Cargo Accounts for the Americas is a strategic move to drive the company’s growth and enhance its position as a leading air charter operator.
In his role, Teplitskiy will take charge of all account operations for Chapman Freeborn’s dedicated air cargo specialist team. His responsibilities include expanding the company’s client and supplier base across the Americas, developing new business strategies, and fostering fiscal growth in key markets. Teplitskiy aims to provide clients with highly competitive custom air cargo solutions, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Based in Houston, Texas, he joins the company from DHL, where he served as the manager of air product capacity, pricing, and charter operations for its US industrial project division. His comprehensive knowledge of cargo logistics and operations is expected to contribute significantly to Chapman Freeborn’s growth.
