Hansa Meyer Moves Blades in Vietnam

Hansa Meyer China’s team in Shanghai together with their office in Vietnam recently handled several wind blades for two windfarms in Vietnam.

While Hansa Meyer China was managing the transport from the Chinese factory via the Port of Shanghai up to the Port of Ho Chi Minh, the team in Vietnam took over from there.

A direct receiving from the vessel onto a pre-arranged inland barge was followed by the receiving under-hook onto extendable trailers before moving more than 150km through the Vietnamese hinterland.

“With an increasing focus and involvement into the growing wind energy market, not only our offices in China and Vietnam will continue to be an important part of this emissions-free and sustainable source of energy.”
