MAMMOET INSTALLS DUBAI POOL DECK

Heavy-lift specialist company Mammoet has transported and installed a 10,000-square-meter private luxury pool deck at a new hotel complex in Dubai.

The construction project required positioning of not just one but six sections and additionally two bridge sections to create a fresh water pool measuring 612 square meters and as well as a salt water pool measuring 828 square meters.

The team of Mammoet collected the components from Port Rashid in Dubai and transported them to the project site using three barges over the course of eight days.

The six large sections, which weighed 400 to 750 tonnes, were lifted into place on top of 90 foundation piles.
