Dubai, United Arab Emirates, a leading online crane rental service, has made a strategic move to establish wholly-owned operations in India. This announcement was made on the inaugural day of the Conex construction trade show in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where industry leaders convened to explore the latest innovations in construction technology.

This expansion comes on the heels of a substantial investment from a successful Series A round, enabling MYCRANE to spearhead efficiency in the construction sector through cutting-edge tech solutions. At the forefront of this initiative is MYCRANE’s pioneering online crane rental service.

Overseeing operations in India will be seasoned industry experts, Rajiv Waichal and Ganesh M. Patil. Waichal, based in Pune, Maharashtra, and Patil, located in Surat, Gujarat, bring a wealth of experience from their tenure at Reliance Industries Ltd., India’s largest private sector corporation. Waichal, with a background in after-sales service for Tadano Cranes Pvt Ltd, and Patil, a certified mechanical engineer with a two-decade tenure in material handling equipment, are poised to drive MYCRANE’s success in this dynamic market.

MYCRANE’s founder and CEO, Andrei Geikalo, expressed enthusiasm for the venture, citing India’s projected rapid economic growth in the years to come. Geikalo noted the pivotal role of digitalization in this trajectory, evident in ubiquitous QR codes and widespread mobile payments. He emphasized MYCRANE’s strategic timing in entering one of the world’s most vibrant commercial markets.

Currently boasting over 3,000 registered customers and a diverse fleet of more than 15,000 available cranes, MYCRANE is set to leave an indelible mark on the Indian construction landscape. The platform’s user-friendly interface, accessible at no cost, empowers customers to effortlessly request various crane types, from crawler to tower, without the hassle of manual processes.

In a bid to ensure transparency and ease of use, MYCRANE provides personalized quotes from a range of registered crane providers. This move revolutionizes the procurement process, making it seamless and efficient. The platform also caters to a wide range of lifting needs, offering equipment with capacities ranging from 100kg to a staggering 750 tonnes.
