CPC Coli Istanbul Thrives in Q1 2024 with Successful Industrial Projects

CPC Coli Project Cargo, based in Istanbul, Turkey, has had an auspicious start to the first quarter of 2024. The company has successfully managed over 12 industrial projects for global clients, marking a period of substantial growth and accomplishment.

During this period, CPC Coli Project Cargo, a subsidiary of COLI Group headquartered in Germany, oversaw the transportation of more than 10,000 freight tonnes of industrial project cargo. These shipments encompassed a diverse range of heavy lifts, varying from 35 metric tons to 300 metric tons.

The projects undertaken by CPC Coli Project Cargo spanned across multiple regions, including West Europe, North Europe, Scandinavia, West Africa, East Africa, the Red Sea region, and the Persian Gulf. The company facilitated both outbound and inbound shipments to and from Turkey, employing a spectrum of logistics solutions tailored to each project’s requirements. These solutions included sole charters as well as comprehensive worldwide logistics services, incorporating specialized offerings such as jacking and skidding services.

Can Yilbasi, the Business Development Manager at CPC Coli Project Cargo, expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance during the first quarter. He stated, “Throughout the first quarter our Istanbul Team was awarded with charter contracts both for gearless and geared MPP vessels. There’s one thing we are especially proud of:as some clients were very happy with the way we handled their breakbulk logistics, they decided to expand the scope of work awarded to us while the original projects were still running! Port supervision, pre-carriage road transports, crawler and mobile cranes deployment, site erection services, and more. It gave us a chance to show them our full-scope abilities when it comes to oversize cargo lifting and logistics.”
