DEME, a renowned leader in maritime and offshore solutions, proudly announces the successful completion of the installation of all 71 wind turbines at the Fécamp offshore wind farm located in France. The installation process was facilitated by DEME’s state-of-the-art jack-up vessels, namely ‘Innovation’ and ‘Sea Challenger’. The campaign commenced with the vessel ‘Innovation’ spearheading the turbine installation efforts, followed by the seamless integration of ‘Sea Challenger’ to ensure the timely and efficient installation of the turbine blades.

The company also played a pivotal role in seabed preparation for the project, ensuring optimal conditions for the deployment of offshore wind infrastructure. The Fécamp offshore wind farm boasts a remarkable capacity of 497 MW, signifying a significant leap forward in France’s renewable energy ambitions.
