His journey includes commanding various multipurpose vessels with Pacific Carriers Limited, where he navigated through diverse challenges associated with breakbulk, steel, and project cargoes. Additionally, his expertise extends to managing bulk and grain cargoes, encompassing windmill towers, petcoke, cement, iron ore, and fertilizer.
Transitioning from his illustrious seafaring career, Captain Haron ventured into the realm of marine management, assuming the role of Marine Superintendent in 2022. During this tenure, he oversaw a substantial fleet of multipurpose vessels and bulk carriers, demonstrating adeptness in conducting audits and spearheading internal investigations concerning safety and compliance.
In 2023, Captain Haron further diversified his portfolio by becoming a Stowage Advisor with G2 Ocean. In this capacity, he provided strategic counsel on cargo planning, stowage, and securing, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
