Jumbo Offshore’s construction vessel M.V. Fairplayer carried out the transport and installation (T&I) of secondary steel for 106 pre-installed monopiles.
The main contractor for the T&I was Seaway 7. For the T&I there were 140 foundations and a 66 kV in-array cable system. Jumbo Offshore was contracted to install secondary steel for 106 of the 140 foundations.
By September 6th 2022, the operation was completed. Jumbo Offshore efficiently installed all 106 foundations , and they now stand ready and waiting for their subsequent wind turbine installations.
