Mammoet lifted successfully a main transformer at Limerick Nuclear Power Station in Pennsylvania, USA. The transformer weighed over 38 tonnes and Mammoet made sure it was lifted with safely.
The replacement operation was carried out two days ahead of schedule, allowing the plant to return to increased production sooner and reducing downtime.
