Mammoet’s team in Denmark assisted its client in transporting a new prototype offshore wind turbine. The nacelle was transported to a test centre for large wind turbines in Oesterild, where the prototype will be installed. A nacelle is a lid housing that houses all of the generating components in a wind turbine, including the generator, gearbox and power.
