Roll Group and KMC Line sign MOU for commercial cooperation

Heavy transportation company Roll Group and global logistics company KMC Line signed a memorandum of understanding for commercial cooperation including management of two of KMC’s vessels by Roll Group.

The commercial management of the 2 wide deck carriers will start from Q4 2025. These two additional vessels will provide Roll Group with the opportunity to serve its clients better in the expanding project market. With the addition of KMC Line’s wide deck carriers, Roll Group has – besides its 5 dock vessels – a commercial control of 5 wide deck carriers. Total fleet from 2025 onwards is 10 vessels with the aim to further increase to offer integrated transport solutions for our rapidly growing client base.

The Korean company KMC Line was founded in 1989. The company is specialized in steel shipping, bulk carriers and heavy cargo shipping industries. The company operates mainly in Asia, Australia and Americas.

Roll Group was founded in 2006 and is a global heavy transportation company focused on land and sea transportation. In combination with its unique engineering capabilities the company can offer clients the complete factory to foundation service.
