SAL Heavy Lift announce that they have successfully completed their trial with 145t of GoodFuels 100% pure biofuel on the MV Calypso. This is a small step in their ambition to become carbon neutral, but it’s a hugely important one.
This successful trial is just one of the many actions they are taking as part of our sustainability strategy, which has three core focus points: reducing carbon emissions, responsible consumption, and increasing sustainability awareness. SAL have worked closely with their alliance partner Jumbo Maritime who has years of experience with GoodFuels, to make this trial a success.
